blunts in the air!!!! hey out there grasscity peps. So it is said that 6500k(daylight) is use for veg. and 2700k(soft white) is use for flowering my questions how can you grow a full mature plant with just 2700k soft white lights if its used for flowering. im higher than a marshin fart
They will grow, its just to try to be more accurate, people grow with different types of lights to mimic nature so to speak.
2700k and 6500k have nothing to do with "power". Its has to do with what spectrum the light is, 2700 is red 6500 is blue, red is good for flowering and blue is good for vegging. But you should buy bigger 2700k blulbs than you had for vegging like if you had 26 watt 6500k you'de wanna buy 42 watt 2700k. not because the 2700k is less power but because the plant like more light when flowering and 2700k just happens to be what produces red light(for flowering).
