is there any reason at all that i should just use a daylight bulb over full spectrum. seems like full spectrum would be better but i dont kno if daylight has more light focused toward the right spectrum.
Full spectrum for sure. If you get daylight, you would have to switch it over to a 2700k bulb to get max efficiency. Full spectrums hit both blue and red specs at the same time. Getting the most bang for your buck
