So my salt lamps bulb it came with burnt out finally. It was a little brighter than I liked as a night light, but not overwhelming bright. So I replaced it with a duller 4watt bulb and now instead of a pinky orangry glow to it theres these whitish grayish hue to it and is kind of weirding me out. It is not one singular salt crystal like most its a bowl like this one[IMG]

So my question is this. Does the brightness of the light emanating from the salt effect the energy theoretically emanating from the millions of year old salt. Does the bright warm glow emit good things whereas this dimly lit may not be beneficial and make one feel more dull.
