  1. Hey, i was looking at some georgia state laws on mj and one of the noted offenses was "use of communication devices" i was wondering if this is talking about seized conversations of mj sales being charged against you? does anybody know if anyone in the states has been busted off of phone conversations? and does using slang over the phone have any effect on prosecution?

  2. to quote lawrence bender: "are you talking to me on a cellular phone? i don't know you. who is this! pranck caller! prank caller!"
hah.. pulp fiction.. as to your question, i have no idea.. i'd be careful though just in case..

  3. i live in georgia, and i, along with my friends, make a thousand phone calls a week blatenly talking about buying, selling, smoking. dont worry about it...

have a link to what website you got that off of? i still dont think i fully understand what "use of communication devices" means...

  4. they can only tap your phone if they have probable cause to do so, they arnt just listening in. plus im sure you would have to be a pretty big time dealer with some warrents and previous convictions against you...the feds arnt going to bust you for buying an eigth or something. i had a friend, pfff...who am i kidding, ok i knew a guy that was dealing coke, and had a few encouters with johnny law in the past, anyway to make a long story short they listend in on his cell phone calls and busted him...he had a shit load of coke in the back of his car...it was hillarious, i really hate the guy. he smashed the back window of my truck once so i deflated all of his tires one night by puting bb's under his valve caps; slowly letting out the air of the tires overnight, i wish i could have been there to see the look on the sonuvabitches face hahaha.

  5. I dunno. All my friends have been really sketch about talking on cell phones lately. Since it goes through a satelite and because of the patriot act, they might be able to bust you. If your a kinda careful about it though, I'm sure it'll all be cool.

  6. Cell phones can be used to pinpoint your location I'm told, and land lines are harder to get a tap for, but with the patriot act I dunno. As long as you're not a dealer or buying pounds at a time, I assume you're pretty safe.

All of my people just use lingo, but not the obvious lingo you use at your mom's house. Code that works on your parents might not work on a trained law enforcement officer. Most of my talking is done in person however. I can't stand phones no matter what type they are. Not sure about the "use of communication devices" I assume that means any communciation device. I'd just save some extra money for a lawyer in case anything happens, cause with a public defender you might get fucked.

  7. uhm they can listen into ANY cellphone convo or any convo over the phone when its a cordless one since its legal for anyone to listen to the radio waves or whatever shit they use to transmit the voice signal.

  8. omg i laughed so hard:smoking:
