CBD Extraction?

    Hey GC,

    Is it possible to grow my plants with more CBD and little to no THC? I know waiting to harvest increases amber trichs but, is it possible to grow it for and extract CBD without THC?

    If I can't using my cannabis plants, I need some insight on how to produce my own CBD. Are there strains that I could buy that are meant for producing CBD instead? I'm intending to use a rosin press to extract the oil.

    You can get seed that produce higher cbd and very little tch but u cannot selectivly process out tch easily if that iscwhat you mean

    Does a rosin press work for a high cbd% strain the same way it would for a high THC% strain??

    Just go buy some certified hemp seeds or clones. It's legal in all 50 states. You can also get CBD isolates legal in all 50 states. Google it. As long as you are at or below .3 THC.
    You can grow this in your back yard it's legal in the USA.

    I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure that it's not legal for just anyone in any state to grow hemp in their yards no matter how low it's thc level is. CBD 'products' are legal in most states now but many states still require a doctor's note or prescription.

    I'd be making damn sure it was legal before growing it or hide the growing like regular pot.

    Yes it's called a male plant I just chopped my male about a week ago because well I wanted a female haha. I grew it from a few Shah seeds my brother gave me from a bag these were the last pictures I took of it. Made some CBD olive oil for cooking, chopped the plant up then diced it and cooked it in the trimmings, stalk and stems in a sauce pan with the olive oil for 2.5 on 2 stirring approximately every 20-30 min, 45 minutes on 3.5 stirring every 5. Then separated the oil from the trimmings and poured it back in the original oil container. Turned out pretty tasty pour in about 3 teaspoons in every meal while your cooking.
