Cbd crumble or cbd cart?

    Do they have the same effect?

    I'm new to all of this and only on common sense guess cbd shatter/wax would be more effective since they dont have extra ingredients for vaping.

    Let me know your thoughts gonna buy.

    Either 3 carts or a cbd crumble gram
