Caught underage with weed in Washington?

hmmm in oregon where its decriminalized you will get like 6 months probation. if youre underage you can wipe your record once before you turn 18. you might get drug tested for a few months though :/ 

 

First off yes your a Minor because everyone under 21 is a minor which is why bars don't allow minors. In Oregon its seen as a violation, the equivalent to a parking ticket so not on criminal record

Not true (atleast in Portland) I just had to go to court for a possession violation and there's no probation, just a $500 fine which you can substitute with 8 hours of community service. Again this is Portland's process though

my friend got caught smoking out a minor at 18 and only got a 600 dollar fine but if u get caught smoking underage u dont gotta pay anything but you have to do some community service and they may or may not drug test u for a while

I was caught a few times before 18 and they let me off each time with a warning. My friends got a fine one time though, 500 something dollars.
Haven't been caught since I was 16 though.

I know kids that have been let off with warnings and calls to their parents, this was back when I was 17 or so. Just don't get caught. They may give you an MIP for having weed. Just be careful, MIPs suck. Get a medical card if you are worried. 

 

Well that sucks cuz my friends got caught under 18 a few years ago and still only got what I got. I even asked when I was in diversion for a dui and they said they hadn't had anyone in there for weed in like 10 years and that that doesn't happen for weed. Sucks for whoever you knew that that happened too.

My step daughter just turned 21, for her birthday we paid for her medical and got a copy to be her provider. I just gave her an ounce of white rhino to take home with her.
 
Just lay low till you are 21, she did.

 

Why wait to 21? In washington you can get your medical card at 18....

 

I believe appetite loss is a possibility....but have you ever injured yourself in a way that caused medical records of any kind? Like a broken bone or badly sprained something or other that you went to the hospital for? Cuz they can't really disprove pain..but I do believe if you look up the washington state laws that appetite loss is a viable option.

 

 
She moved out on her own a year ago at 20 so it was more of a financial issue. We help her lots and give her lots,cars, pay car insurance, free weed anyway so it was just the timing that we paid for her med papers and get a copy for the garden as a provider.
When she needs more bud she can call and I will just drop some in the mail.
 
It was fun taking her to the head shop and liquor store. Im a cool dad.

 

There ya go, go get your medical records and find some of the medical weed doctors...give em your records and tell them that you have tried a bunch of stuff that doesn't work and that you've done research and found that cbd full strains could help ya out and that it is impossible to find strains like that without being able to go to dispensaries etc etc blah blah
