    So me and my bud were high one day and started brainstorming on what cartoon characters are stoners we came up with

    Spongebob & patrick -
    Mordeci & rigby (regular show) -
    Fin and jake (adventure time)
    Ferb lol (phineas and ferb)
    Cosmo (fairly odd parents)
    The sandwich making expirement from lilo and stich lol
    Ron stoppable (kim possible)
    And of course scooby and shaggy those dudes were deff stoners.

    So what cartoon characters do you think are stoners ?lol
