Cartel Boss Says U.S. Allowed Drug Smuggling

Discussion in 'Marijuana Legalization' started by schmidty797, Aug 5, 2011.

  1. I heard about this not too long ago. The feds had wanted to gain access to other cartels' info.

It is pretty sad on their part that they would resort to such inexcusable actions. It is almost entirely acting on that old saying " If you can't beat 'em, join 'em."

On the other hand, exposing this will bring cannabis as well as the drug war as a whole to the discussion of many more citizens.

  2. what the hell do you think they are doing in iraq and afghanistan?

i remember when TIME did a massive article on the U.S. army paying off and protecting certain warlords to help them get other warlords.

  3. I believe it. The DEA has been caught smuggling cocaine before..

  4. this shouldnt surprise anyone, look up freeway ricky ross.

history repeating itself , and by the way we guard poppy fields in afghanistan to make opium based painkillers.

  5. Cocaine Cowboys 1&2

  6. Just a little less hope for the US now...

  7. This wouldn't surprise me in the least.

  8. Slightly different of an approach. We aren't dealing with tribes in Mexico lol... and not all warlords want to fight the U.S.

Not completely different, but much different circumstances.

  9. the CIA did an investigation on themselves and found themselves not guility of drug trafficking

  10. oh damn
    that's good to hear
I mean, we can trust them
