I heard about this not too long ago. The feds had wanted to gain access to other cartels' info. It is pretty sad on their part that they would resort to such inexcusable actions. It is almost entirely acting on that old saying " If you can't beat 'em, join 'em." On the other hand, exposing this will bring cannabis as well as the drug war as a whole to the discussion of many more citizens.
