I've never grown before.. but I live on a caribbean island full of rastas, so it inspiered me to grow a bit of my own. I plan on growing behind my house in our garden. We have plenty of room on our lot, and live close enough to the sea so there is always moisture in the air, and a nice breeze. It is consistantly in the 80's with stable humidity. Everything else around here grows like crazy.. so why wouldn't my crop grow?! My major question is about flowering. I keep reading about changes in light that set off the flowering of the plant. Where I live the light cycle doesn't really change all that much. The sun rises and sets within about an hour of the same time all year round. Is this going to cause my plant not to flower? Any suggestions?
I read that one. It is full of great info. I'm just worried about getting mine to flower. I might need to force darkness on the plant at some point.. possibly bring the plant inside to a closet.
