Card holders cant have or purchase firearms?

    Feel like my rights are being trampled on by the government, I was just informed I am not aloud to purchase a firearm because I am a medical patient is this true? And when will the government stop trampling on patients rights

    revoke your mmj license, go purchase a gun....reinstate the license.

    simple loophole....for now.

    It has been stewing in the back of my mind that they are doing this to deter people away from becoming MMJ patients by using the fear and threat of losing their 2nd Amendment rights . This government has failed us ITS TIME TO CLEAN UP THIS PLACE!!!!

    There is nothing stopping you from buying a firearm. Go and purchase one. If they deny you then file a law suit against the business for discrimination and violating your constitutional rights.
