Card Help in Illinois or Missouri

    Hi. I really want to get one of these Cannabis Club cards (or some variation of it), but I am not sure how to go about it. I live near Chicago Illinois but I go to school near St. Louis Missouri. I need to know:

    a. Is it remotley possible to get a card in IL or MO?
    b. Do I need insurance? And does insurance cover it completely?
    c. Anyone know of a good Doc for the job?

    Thanks for all the help. Hopefully I can smoke legally and stop some of these headaches that are killin my sleep. Weed helps.....:D

    no. because mmj has not been legalized in either of those two states. i dont even think its been decriminalized in MO.

    How do you live somewhere and not know the laws if your an adult?
