What's up GC... Does anyone know if there is a suggested cfm/airflow rate for carbon filters. I always thought the more air the better. But I just put my 800cfm fan on a can filter 75 pulling the air through and it doesn't seem to be cleaning the odor very well... maybe too much or too fast of air flow. Anyway I guess my question is... is there such a thing as too fast of airflow through a carbon filter? Thanks
Yes there is such a thing as too much airflow. That is the reason manufacturers have a max cfm rating for filters.
