Was going to upgrade my a 4 inch to a 6 inch to better control heat. Was wondering if anyone had one of these cap valuline 6 inchers, they are centrifugal blowers instead of fans, but its rated at 435 and it will be in a 2 by 4 by 7 tent, also, it will be on the sucking side of a 6 inch cool tube and I only have a 4 inch filter, can i run it filter on 4 inch to a 4 to 6 reducer and suck out the other side with a 6 inch and work? will it put too much strain on a fan or will it work this way. it will also most likely be on a temperature activated controller.

Thought I would add this to ask If I even need to upgrade, With my tent size, Will I need to get a 6 for exhaust, i will have a 1000 watt going between hps and mh as needed, but I have two 4 in td 140 cfm, I am using one as an intake fan to push air through a carbon cleaner for incomming air, and will have one removing heat and spend air through a carbon filter then 1000 cool tube, and then through fan and blown out back of tent, will this be sufficient?

  2. I have the 6" CAP Valueline, it's definitely worth it. I haven't had any problems with it yet but even if I do, I know CAP will replace it no questions asked.
