Can't Upload Profile Pic???

    Can't seem to be able to add a pic to my profile. Any suggestions on how possibly to do this. I've tried from my computer and adding URL code but it doesn't seem to want to work for me. It's becoming very frustrating. :devious:

    It doesn't seem to want to let me do. What pray tell am i doing wrong
