You can do one of two things: Upload it to a site like photobucket and post either the direct link, or the more convenient way, the vB IMG code it will provide you. Just put [*img]link[/*img] without the stars. Or save the picture file in a JPG format and before you hit submit thread, add photos to the thread called thumbnails or something.
my $800 HP Laptop is better than your overpriced apple laptop, atleast i can post pics. and can run more programs and can do more than half the shit apple computers cant. who gives a fuck how much it costs? if it does the job, then its all good. but in your case, since you cant even post pics, your 2grand laptop is useless.
I'd have to disagree. Unless you are on Windows 7, his "overpriced" Mac would be much better. Macs are much less prone to virus' so they generally tend to last longer. Secondly, they are much more simple and really are a "personal" computer. As a student, Macs are very convenient as most educational organizations use Macs while businesses still use PC's. The Mac interface is much more simplistic and you can just about drag and drop everything extremely easily. Not to add that I would much rather support a company led by a hippie then some greedy white-collar American.
...and after all that apple still can copy and paste and post pictures. want me to list more things apple computers cant do?? and you forgot about the Bill and Melinda Foundation. so, he's not that greedy. but you know what is? CHARGING 2 GRAND FOR A LAPTOP!
I just think the OP is just a noob at computers. I bet a 6 year old could google how and do it if they wanted to. And windows 7 isn't THAT much different than vista... let be honest here. The Apple company is really doing one over on all their customers.
You can copy and paste, you just can't right click. Apple is the same as the control key is on PC, so therefore apple + c is copy and apple + v is paste. And secondly, Bill Gates doesn't make computers, just the software. I don't have as much problem with the operating system as I do with the actual computer itself. Dell batteries are possibly the most unreliable things on Earth, and most PC's age extremely quickly.
