Whats up everyone Trying to take a t break here cause I'm back in school, and I find that whenever I'm not baked or not starving, I just cant eat. My stomach just feels half nausea and half hunger, and if I eat more then say half a sandwhich it kills me for hours. It varies, but at its worst I pretty much am not eating unless i'm baked at night. Anyone have any tips or anything? I'm tired of feeling like a starving zombie all the time, and I dont want to have to smoke up before every meal
when you are a heavy smoker, your body uses up all of the chemical that makes you hungry. you just have to wait it out, until your body's chemicals are back in balance. exercise and maybe take an omega-3 supplement. also drink plenty of water.
