cant disapprove anymore?

    dont know if this is just me or what, but i cant negative rep anymore? is this something new?

    All rep is neutral now. I think.

    no, only paid members can neg rep, it was implemented a couple days ago

    Its paid memebrs and Mods/admin.

    1 step closer to just Admin/mods being able to rep, which i think is awesome.

    This thread's title pretty much highlights one of the reasons why changes are in place: negative Rep isn't becuase you "disapprove" of a post, its meant to be reserved for posts that are offensive or not in the spirit/vibe of GC.
