Can't Click on Messaging Tools (Smilies, Bold, Add Image, Fonts, etc)

Hey all,

I don't know why but when I try to select any of the forum text options when writing a reply or starting a thread (like right now) I cannot click on anything! I can only type in the white box, clicking on anything else doesn't do anything. I can still add images if I type in the code myself.`

 

Using Google Chrome, no addons

Problem is isolated to Chrome, everything works on IE.
