check the canorml website. they have a list of states where its legal with cards. california/hawaii/oregon exc.... if its not legal in ohio. try to get one in california and if anything just take the cops to court, saying they are stealing your prescribed medication. lol
They are cards prescribed by doctors for patients who use MMJ. They allow the patient to legally buy MJ or grow their own.
