So anybody in D.C. know what it is like? Any coffee shop like businesses coming 2016? Where or how do people procure their goods now?
in DC there is no regulatory cost structure set in place nor any funds to start one in their budget. it is a legal black market situation, legal to have but gotta get it on the street corner
