I live in Texas in the country and I know that there is alota rednecks that grow weed out here, and the birds tend to eat the seeds, and the pot seed shell doesn't break down in the bird. So the bird fly around and land on fences and trees and shit them out. And if anyone has sat on their porch and smoked, they know that you can grow weed just by throwing it randomly. So it there is wild weed around you, then maybe the bird are spreading it.
This is not texas i am talkin about at all and any 8 year old would know if you throw a seed out it will grow there has been no seed throwen in 10 years at this location on the other side of the coast
Dude, no plant in the history of time has grown without being from a seed or a clone. Some plants can grow if you pull their main stem out but leave behind some of the root system (as nick7362 aluded to), but that's it. I'm not trying to be an ass, but you're simply proposing something that is physically and biologically impossible. There is obviously something more happening than meets they eye. This is what science is all about.
When I was in College in the Midwest part of the Country, there was wild weed growing along the railroad tracks behind my dormitory. Everyone knew about it but it wasn't worth the effort to dry/cure/smoke. It looked pretty but had no THC. It kept growing each year when the buds dried up naturally allowing the seeds to fall to the ground.
