Cannabis and the Appetite (Question)

Discussion in 'Medical Marijuana Usage and Applications' started by Guadalope, Jan 27, 2011.

  1. I don't have MMJ, I've just been an avid user for about 3 and a half years. Growing up I never had much of an appetite, I'd "eat like a bird" and then started smoking pot and had appetite and it was awesome.. I loved that I could eat so much, because never in my Life have I ever done that.

Fast forward, I've stopped smoking pot for about 50 days, 48 to be exact. And my appetite sucks... Sometimes when I chew certain foods I gag and almost vomit it up. When I have about two bites left of food, I sometimes feel like I just can't do it (eat it all). I go without eating sometimes forgetting I haven't eaten.

I was just wondering if there is a condition that Pot causes after extreme avid use where your appetite is affected/causes occasional nausea when eating.

Or do I just have like a food anxiety or some stupid shit. Or is it just my appetite I've had my whole Life and just don't remember what it was like cause I've been high so long.

    Thanks, peace and be safe,
    Guad
