    I am making cannabis infused coconut oil and I need to store it overnight. Should I leave it out or refrigerate? thanks

    I leave mine out all day. It solidifies at room temperature, so you'll have to spoon it out or reheat it to a liquid. Never had it spoil.

    Doesn't matter. Just keep a top over it for the sake of safe food handeling. It will last on the counter for months.
