canannabread(banana bread) recipes anyone?

  2. You can just put cannabutter into a banana bread recipe of course it will work. I make banana bread all the time special batches and normal ones.

    So if you already have a favorite banana bread recipe, or a recipe your grandma or mother used to make for you, just go for it! :hello:



    If not, here you go, right from the Food Network (it has high reviews, and it's basically about the same recipe I follow when patients request it... I like to add a little nutmeg, vanilla bean and anise to mine, just a tiny touch! But I don't eat much banana bread, myself :eek: );


    Banana Bread, from the Food Network

    Ingredients

    \t Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Butter a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan.
    \t\t
    \t\tCream the sugar and butter in a large mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

    \t\tIn a small bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Mix in the milk and cinnamon. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

    \t\tAdd the banana mixture to the creamed mixture and stir until combined. Add dry ingredients, mixing just until flour disappears.

    \t\tPour batter into prepared pan and bake 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Set aside to cool on a rack for 15 minutes. Remove bread from pan, invert onto rack and cool completely before slicing.
