This is sort of an odd question, and I'm not really sure exactly where to put this, so feel free to move it if need be. Anywho, in America I believe there's the fourth, fifth, and sixth amendments to protect one (as seen in the Busted video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3NmC5wHfCdM) anyways, I'm just wondering if anybody knows what the rules over police encounters are in Canada, are officers allowed to search without a warrant here?
