Canada laws?

  1. What are Canada's laws on alcohol and marijuana? I'm just wondering because I'm going there soon and want to keep myself informed so I don't fuck anyone over there including myself lol

  2. You can drink at 19 :hello:

and recreational marijuana is still illegal, be careful.

  3. Last time I was in Montreal I smoked a joint sitting on the steps of a building on a very crowded street.

I didn't get so much as a look from passers by. :confused_2:

It varies. We literally have vape lounges, and smoking cafes, here in vancouver, but you can technically still be arrested for it.

i've never seen it happen tho..

edit: alcohol in public will be poured out, as far as i've experienced

  5. Over here it's 18 for alcool and weed is illegal but .... hey ....

  6. Just don't come over here and parade your damn high self around. Keep your damn mouth shut about smoking and there's no reason for anyone to get busted. That is all.

  7. Yep, 19 and above for the good stuff. As long as you're Low-key with weed, or whatever you're doing, you'll be gravy. Enjoy your time in Canada.

Oh, another thing. If you smoke cigarettes be prepared to pay ridiculous prices for it. Here in Toronto (I'm not sure if it's all of Ontario) it's illegal for any store to openly display cigarettes; even tobacconists, for fuck knows why.
