    It is interesting that the Criminal Code of Canada, (belonging to the de facto government of Canada), says in Section 15 that laws of a de facto government carry no liability for non-compliance.

    WHEN WILL PROVINCES USE THEIR POWERS TO CREATE A LAWFUL CONSTITUTION?
