Say you have a fairly sized yard like mine, with lots of flowers, grass, etc.

You have a MMJ card (California) and want to grow some legal outdoor crops.

Could your mexican gardener (who is most likely here illegally) take care of your MMJ plants for you?

If not, what kind of trouble can you get in for this? What about your gardener?

    Gardner

    Just wondering :p

just follow the local laws/rules on how to sign over your grow to the gardener so the gardener is your care giver...if the gardener is legally in the country.

if 'some people' are hiring illegals as gardeners when people are here legally that need work, just to save a buck...I have some suggestion on where 'some people' can stick their hedge trimmers, mowers and plants...

  3. I believe your caregiver would have to be a CA resident and provide ID in order to complete the caregiver paperwork at the Dr. They could most likely get in a lot of trouble and deported if they're found working your crop. It's up to you and them if that's worth the risk.
