    It might help with the flu like symptoms but as far as curing the bacterial infection, nothing can do that except your bodies immune system.

    Cannabis lowers immune system but i smoke when im sick often and notice no difference in recovery times if i hadn't smoked, that's me tho.

    I wouldn't combust, vape or edibles.
