Every grow, during flowering stage, I get a certain deficency (every fucking time)... I wanna know what can I do with this one asap! FIY: I don’t pH my tapwater because it’s around 7 and I don’t have any problem during vegetative stage whatsoever, the deficency is in the top portion of my plant, I use liquid and solid fertilizer (some organic and some not) and the plant is in week 5 of flowering but I would say it has 1 1/2 month before harvest and maybe 2 (it’s a really slow strain). Should I flush my plant and feed it a bit after ? I don’t want to ruin my final dry weight because it took 5 1/2 months before switching to flowering and I don’t want it to be a waste of my time... Please don’t send me a picture of a deficency chart, I want your own personal experience. Thanks a lot in advance! Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
Got more pics of leaves on the plant?? hard to tell like this.. but by the looks of the burning on the tips it can indicate ur feeding to heavy.. Whats ur feed schedule like??
I've had similar issues with all my plants and I think I figured it out for mine (maybe yours too) calmag issue due to the pk spike. it was too much pk and caused the calmag to get locked out my leaves started to do the same thing on the upper leaves have switched to base nutes only now going forward. additives seem to cause nothing but trouble for me. maybe once i have more experience
Looks like too much food to me. It will probably get worse if you don't ease up on the nutes. If I don't reduce feed during late flower, I get that in hydro. Adding some CalMag might help. Other additives that increase ppm will probably do harm. Over-feeding is the most common grower error. Less is more is often correct.
I don’t have calmag but I have this. Should I flush and put a bit of this instead ? Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
if your tap water is 7.0 what ph is it after adding nutes ???? even if you have no probs in veg it can be building up and then show you allsorts of def. ph is very important for roots been able to take up your nutes you add.
I know nothing about solid media grows because I'm hydro only. If those were my plants in hydro, I'd greatly reduce ppm and add some CalMag (just in case). That fertilizer bottle picture looks like a complete nute, assuming it also has the necessary trace elements. So if it were I in hydro, I'd empty about half the reservoir and add only that fertilizer to get to about 400-600 ppm total. But this advice might not apply to solid media.
Yeah you’re right, my pH is 7 before adding nutes. I should pH my tap water and my tap water with nutes then. Thanks! Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
I will flush my plant (a lot just to be sure) and add a bit of my kinda calmag nutes. Thanks! Envoyé de mon iPhone en utilisant Tapatalk
