Stand near a counter and place a small chair between you and the counter (back facing you). Put your forehead on the counter and stand up with the chair. Supposedly only girls can do that, but I can too. Maybe it\'s cause my hips are all messed up from when I got hit by that car, lol.

I\'ve licked my elbow before.. it\'s impossible for me to do by myself, i had to have someone sorta.. twist my arm a bit so I could lick the actual bone there.. I thought I broke my arm that day it hurt so much..
