    How sick it would look it your could see like a x-ray of someones lungs when there taking a huge bong rip, and watch the lungs deflate before the hit then just slowely inflate with smoke, I imagiom it looking like when a bong is filling up but way sicker.

    That would be cool but and x-ray isn't exactly what you would be using to observe inside the lungs... lol.
