    Any plant can be cured wrong, popcorn buds, grown by an unskilled grower.
     
    Without a correct trim and cure any plant can be less than top shelf.

    You can definitely get mids from any plant.  It all comes down to how the plant was cared for and the growers experience.

    All sorts of things can make cannabis produce less in the way of THC, and the terpines which give cannabis it's flavor. You just have to mistreat the plant really badly- too hot or cold, "drought", or flooding the plant, insect infestations, not enough light, wrong kind of light, bad ferts, etc! Most of which are absolutely preventable!
