    Doubtful - unless you have some sort of condition that causes you to get chronic kidney stones.

    why would they if they give you green when they can just give lortab, dorsol, or morphine

    Because not everyone wants to put those drugs into their bodies. Weed has far less side-effects, and is a lot safer... But it's usually prescribed for chronic conditions, not temporary ones.
