    Say you were walking down the street and someone was smoking a joint. Is it in any way possible that the smoke coming off their joint can be inhaled by you and get you high?

    Nope, zero percent chance. Maybe, just maybe if you were in a room being hotboxed heavily using joints/blunts, some of the unsmoked portion might get in the air and you could inhale it.
