no they cant charge you with intent to sell with one bag unless its a big ass bag and still that can be dropped. keep a lock on your phone so no one can access it.

 

They can do anything they want including lying to the court, planting evidence, getting others to set you up & any number of things to get a conviction & get your ass to jail if they choose.

I got set up by the cops, they planted shit in my trash, planted more stuff in my house, lied about how much and where they found stuff, and planted stuff in my car. im on corrections for it all now if they want your ass in jail, they'll do whatever it takes. plus the court will take a cops word over a "drug abuser" such as myself and you..

 

The prepaid is the ONLY number you give someone wanting to contact u to talk about mj. Period.
