Can you get arrested if urine tests as synthetic?

    If the lab find out your urine is synthetic can you get arrested and charged? Its for pre employment, not probation.

    no they'll just fail you....

    that is a ridiculous thought to even have...no a lab cant get you arrested for using fake pee to take a drug test

    Not always. I give drug test for the company i work for. We do our own and do not send them out. The only time a test is sent to another facility is when someone is hurt or the test we give comes up inconclusive

    I only ask because fake urine is illegal in my state.

    I don't even know how it could be illegal. Kids are eating fucking tide pods and they're still selling it.

    Yeah so are drugs but they arent getting people arrested or questioned for failing
