can you buy/sell clean glass bowls on ebay?

    I figure if you call it a tobacco bowl and have it completely clean it would be acceptable? I'm looking to upgrade from my bowl that only packs .3 because I have a decent tolerance. I got the bowl for $8 though so if there is a legal issue here I wouldn't want to risk it.

    Ebay rules say you can only do that if you mail a fully packed bowl, no seeds.
