can you buy seeds LEGALLY?

    I've been wondering this for a while. Some sites say you can but others say you can't because of customs.if so how would i go about doing it? would i need a P.O. Box? I heard it isn't a good idea to have them shipped directly to your house.

    Depends which country you are in, you haven´t told us.

    You can't buy cannabis seed legally in the U.S.A.
