I live in the U.S, I was wondering if you could still buy things from here. By things I mean things that are illegal here. Like bongs or a vaporizer. So can I buy things from here? Or will I get arrested.

Its no problem having things shipped here and things are shipped very discreetly. Worse case scenario, you would recieve a note from customs saying there was a problem with your package. Lots of us have placed orders and have had no problems whatssoever. I wouldnt sweat it at all.

No. I wouldn't order any drugs online. Its very risky. As far as paraphernalia goes, you are fine. If anyone questions you (like the postal service), you're answer is - I enjoy smoking tobacco. Nuff said. The credit card companies couldn't give a shit. If you are worried about someone reading your credit card statement (parents/wife/whatever), it will list SJV Amsterdam on it.
