  1. so, back story.
my best friend and roommate used to be a fairly regular tree enthusiast in high school, but then she cleaned up and starting hitting the gym to get high instead of drugs (plus her parents laid down the law)
i tried to get her high a few months ago (3 years after she quit) and she had a horrible reaction, she got really sick and started sweating profusely.
i'm asking if anyone who has quit has ever started back and noticed a developed intolerance to the substance.
and if you are familiar with it, do you know if there's a way to counteract it?

  2. Never heard of it happening. But hey who knows. I'd say she should try it a couple more times and see what happens with small amounts then if it keeps happening she should quit.

The worst I have experienced after stoping for a few months is I get REALLY high and thats not always enjoyable. I have never gotten physically ill from just weed, But some of my friends have said they vomited after smoking. In terms of preventing this from ever happening again, She should just build up tolerance again, if she wants to continue smoking. I feel like the nausea is a one time thing, and probably had to do more with if she just ate, and the quality of that food. The best thing is to smoke on an empty stomach and then when you feel the munchies from the weed, then your body is ready for food intake and probably will not vomit.
