Yes, just make sure you clean anything that touched weed really good with 99% rubbing alcohol and you should be fine.
Unused it's a souvenir used it becomes paraphernalia that's the customs stance this end in the UK but they don't bother to much when you come back from the dam but then they'd have to near enough pull everyone on the flight. Hope that helps so if you keep it in the packaging you should be fine
