  1. These are five plant that I'm growing in a closet with a 150 watt replacement 45 watts with a 2700 lumens with a fan and two yeast bottles producing co2. I probley need more lights. Thanks

  2. Only one 45w bulb?

You need about 100 actual watts for 1 plant, 50 more watts for each extra plant

You need about 7 of those bulbs

  3. Thanks I new I needed some more is three good up till flowering? I have to others one a heat lamp but not directly on the plants just for heat. But I'm going two buy two more of of the 2700 lm thanks. Also do they look healthy....

Healthy, but they are stretching. 4 45w will work. Get them closer to the tops, about 2 inches

  5. Do you mean 2700Lm or 2700K?

If you're talking about light temperature you're going to want to get 6500K bulbs for veg, 2700K is the good for flower but not veg.

  6. 2700 lumens what does k mean is it short for kilowatts other than that can these plants flower some bud I'm feeding high nitrogen miracle grow but will switch to high potassium is this a good idea? Thanks for help

K is kelvin, it's a measurement of temperature. It explains what type of wavelength the lights emit. Plants require different wavelengths at different times of their growth.

    6500K-6000K for vegetative growth cycle
    2700-3000K for flower cycle.

Check out this CFL sticky, it has all the answers you'll need.

And if you're interested heres a sticky on how light effects cannabis:

As far as feeding goes, plants do consume more K in flower, but during veg plants want more Nitrogen. Your plants only look like they're about 8 days off of sprout and they still have their cotyledon leaves, so don't worry about feeding yet. Wait for the cotyledon leaves to dry and fall off. Your older plant looks like its color is good so wait for the plant to tell you it is hungry.

Also I just noticed you're using the bottoms of clear bottles for your pots. This is not ideal as the roots system is photosensitive and light reaching your root system can REALLY hurt your plants. Either cover the cups with foil then tape or just a lot of duct tape on the outside. No light can penetrate the soil.

You're plants look good though. Good work so far!

    EDIT:

Get your lights a lot closer. Your older plant has stretched quite a bit.

MG is no good. Especially for nutes. Advanced nutrients ph perfect sensi bloom a+b is what I just got for flowering. Advanced nutrients and foxfarm are the way to go IMO

  10. Why not just get rid of the heat lamp, the clf's, and by a small HID light?

  11. Where can u buy a affordable one? N what brand is good or what should I get?

  12. What's your price range? "Affordable" varies from person to person lol

  13. This is a closet grow small in size a few plants no more than 30

  14. You're not going to get anything but cfls for that price. I'd just get some t5's or at least a few more 45w cfls

  15. I'm not even sure you could pull off cfls for $30.

Times are rough I know, start with 1 plant and 2-3 of your 45watt bulbs. While it grows save up closer to $100 for a better light system, either enough cfls to really do something or just a 150watt HPS for 2-3 plants. One correctly grown plant is better then a handful of under illuminated ones. Plus the time spent saving can also double as time spent researching

Not gonna preach about how much better an actual organic grow is because I'm not knowledgeable enough.... but if budget is ever a concern, reusing the soil you built comes in handy vs buying $20 bag after bag of fox farms.

  16. I agree!

  17. Thanks everyone quality is better than quantity.
