Could someone help me find the name of this movie, I saw it a while ago, but can't remember the name. It involved this kid who was with his girlfriend, and his girlfriend got murdered when they were together in his truck, and he was knocked out, so the cops thought it was him, arrested him, sent him to jail, and he got executed. But somehow he survived the electric chair and became invincible. During the movie it would change scenes by this crow flying around. The cheif of police ended up being this sick freak, along with his wife, and the whole police force was bad guys, and the cheif had this secret sewing lab where he stuffed animals behind a bookself in the police room. At the end of the movie, the bird and the guy face off against the cop and end up killing him. The cop had these things implanted in his arm, that he did himself, and the kid remembers seeing that by the guy who killed his girlfriend?
