the new growth looks fine ,i'd not really bother with it unless it starts appearing on the new top growth,spots look old so could be a bit damage as its all in one place on the plant like the damage is on couple leaves that are side by side . ,,mac,,
Totally agree with Mac. Very common on older growth. Just keep an eye on it. Nothing to worry about IMO
