Can someone help diagnose my little plant?

    For some reason just one branch is producing some weird outcomes. The leaves look like they’re dehydrated, and they have white residue maybe. What could this possibly be?

    I actually got the led light the day of the post. Prior to that, two 40 ish watt cfl bulbs about 3-4 inches away
