You would need a tank that is meant for oil or wax. Don't waste your time trying to vape bud. If you want to vape bud, buy a real vape and not a retrofitted pen or box mod.

It'll burn the cotton in the coil and basically destroy the coil. Even if the coil survives, it will be unvapeable.

you'd need wax and a actual vape pen you could do it and destroy the coil theres a video on it also could put wax and etc onto your bud and (insert thing ill write when im not blown as fuck and forgetting.
Buy a tank that is meant for oil. No, your smok tank isn't made for oil. Better yet, buy a vaporizer and you can vape oil and flower. The xmax v2 pro seems to get decent reviews for a starter vape setup, is around $100, and uses the same 18650 batteries as your al85. Unless you are willing to do enough research to understand how box mods, coils, and rda's work then I wouldnt recommend trying to use a diy rda setup to drip straight on coils. A self built coil that has too low of a resistance for the particular device can lead to bad consequences. I got one of these from my dispensary for free, they are made for wax and do drip straight on the coil. Honestly its not a good design or way to do things. I would much rather have a design like the atmos kiln that uses a seperate material chamber. View attachment 2336497
^^^what they all said. Hell if $ is tight and your looking for a decent dry herb for super cheap I recommend the black mamba , you can get them off the efun.top site.
