It works for me. It's not a panacea, though. It helps my anxiety, but doesn't eliminate it. It just makes it livable.
It helps me but I think the effects are different for everybody. The way I see it, weed makes you temporarily not care about your responsibilities. That's why it ruins people's lives if they do it too much, it makes them neglect responsibilities. But if you use it wisely, this is a good thing. I have trouble sleeping because I get too worried about having time to get stuff done, so temporarily not caring helps me relax. Use it when you deserve a guilt-free break.
That's why it's so destructive: it leads individuals to shirk their obligations. This is a blessing, however, if used properly. Forcing myself to temporarily stop worrying about getting things done is helpful since I have difficulties sleeping when I'm stressed about not having enough time to finish everything. phrazle
Can help anxiety and can make anxiety worse. (I assume you meant if it can help alleviate anxiety, rather than treat it).
types of cannabis that help people to relax are Myrcene types of cannabis that tend to help people relax more ... a soaring Sativa could be great to help with depression but could be too strong for some people like an adrenaline rush etc... a cannabis high is an increase of intracellular ions in the cells ... activating voltage gated/ligand gated ionotropic cannbinoid receptors etc...
Rest or anxiety reduction is typically diagnosed as a marijuana use reason or impact expectancy. on the other hand, anxiety and panic reactions are the most generally mentioned bad acute results of marijuana
Not if you're over 20.. it's illegal here but for 12-14 years I literally haven't cared one bit.. when I was a teen I cared.
elderly people new to cannabis in newly legal states are still shaking in fear and locked into a paranoid state of mind ... cannabis is STILL federally illegal in the US. I guess, the older you are the more to lose etc...
