can I use semi-dried herb for cooking?

  1. was going to simmer in some oil. the bud was clipped like 2 days ago and isn't dry yet. will it work?
  2. deacarbolize it in the oven at about 325F for about 14-20 minutes...
  3. you can, but why waste the bud, use the stem and leaf clippings....
